It ranges on the spectrum from using low-VOC paints or installing low-E windows to conducting a full blown energy audit or building from the ground up using every green feature imaginable.  So, it sort of depends on your committment to living green because it can definitely become a lifestyle.  And I am not talking about a birkenstock shoe/hemp necklaces type of lifestyle (although I&#039;ve got nothing against that if its your thing).  There can be a perception that green means hippie or granola.  Many green homes and businesses are state of the art structures with awesome architecture and innovative construction.  The biggest thing is conduct a little research and figure out what you are comfortable with, both from a preference and financial perspective.</description>
